Kelly began her Bostik career as a technical intern while she completed her degree in Materials Science & Engineering with a minor in Sustainability Studies from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. For the last four years, she has worked as a Senior Chemist in Bostik's Durable Goods transportation segment. She works with many different automotive adhesive technologies, including water-based, solvent-based, hot melt polyurethane, web, film and more.
